At Litespeed Bicycles, we stand behind the precision engineering of our titanium frames and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Bicycle

  Carefully disassemble the components as needed and secure the bike in its original factory packaging to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to HQ

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
