How long does it take to ship a custom-built bike?
Standard models typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom configurations or paint jobs may take 4-6 weeks to ensure every detail meets our rigorous quality standards.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all Litespeed titanium frames.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-painted frames and personalized builds may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Litespeed bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped in our custom Pro-Box, approximately 90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, seatpost, and handlebars. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
